Warranty Terms
At HangFireplace, we provide a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering all operational functions of the fireplace.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship related to the normal operation of the unit. If a component is confirmed to be defective and unrepairable, it will be replaced with the same or a comparable model.
Warranty service is provided upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase and is limited to factory repair or replacement of defective parts.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused during shipping (please refer to our Return Policy for such cases)
- Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or maintenance
- Chips, scratches, or broken glass
- Damage resulting from abnormal use or conditions not intended for the product
- Damage caused by negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Any incidental or consequential damages
- Installation or labor costs of any kind
3. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please prepare the following information:
- Order number
- Phone number
- Email address
- Clear photos and videos showing the issue (multiple angles, well-lit)

Our team will respond within 1 business day.
4. Resolution Process
- If the issue is confirmed as a valid defect, replacement parts or units will be arranged.
- Approved claims will be processed as an exchange or repair.
- If returned items are found to be non-defective, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- If the item is out of warranty, any repair or replacement costs (including shipping) will be the customer’s responsibility.
- HangFireplace will cover shipping both ways only for confirmed defective warranty cases.
5. Important Notes
All warranty claims are subject to review based on the evidence provided. HangFireplace reserves the right to approve or deny claims at its discretion.
